If a legal fact does not match what your district or state education agency told you, or a sample goal or an accommodation reads in a way that does not sit right, email us with the page and the source you are looking at. We re-check it against the primary source, update the page and log the change in the updates log. Point us at the official rule or guidance if you have it; it speeds up the fix.

What we cannot do
We are a reference publisher, not a school district, a state agency or a law firm. We cannot look at your child's file, tell you whether your child qualifies for an IEP or a 504 plan, sit in on a meeting or give legal or educational advice. Those decisions belong to your child's IEP or 504 team, which works from the evaluation. They also belong to the professionals who work with your family. For advice on your specific situation, a special education advocate or an attorney who works in your state is the right call. What we can do is make sure the information on the page is accurate, current and clearly sourced.
