The IEP Meeting Notes Template (Free Printable)
What is the IEP Meeting Notes Template?
The easiest way to lose track of an IEP meeting is to walk in without a place to write down what you want to say and walk out without a place to capture what was actually decided. This template gives you three short sections, prompts to fill in before the meeting, space to take notes during it and a short follow-up list for after, so your own record stays organized meeting to meeting.
How to use it
Fill in the "Before the meeting" section a few days ahead using the meeting checklist as a guide. Bring the template to the meeting and take notes directly in the "During the meeting" section. Complete the "After the meeting" section within a day or two while the details are fresh, then file the page in your binder's meeting notes tab.
